Austrian federal army

the Austrian federal army as an armed armed force of the Republic of Austria is part of the Austrian federal administration and stands in accordance with article 80 Federal Constitutional Court - de iure - under the supreme command of the Federal President and - de iure and in fact - the command authorityand, as far as this is not incumbent on the Federal President, the control of the Federal Minister for national defense. general

primary task of the Austrian federal army is the military national defense. Further above all the maintenance of the order and security are incumbent on the army on the inside as well as assistance with elementary events.
