Agrarian science
the agrarian science (Agronomie) concerns itself with all questions approximately around the primary production of human and animal food as well as regenerating raw materials. One the founder is Albrecht Thaer. Apart from the inclusion of many subranges from other Wissenschaftsgebieten there are independent fields of activity of the agrarian science. A frequent basic organization arrangesit in plant production, livestock production, agrarian economics and agrarian technology as well as ecological agriculture.
The plant production concerns itself with the knowledge over the cultivation of food, raw material, energy and Pharmapflanzen. Important fields of activity of the plant production are Bodenkunde, plant nutrition and fertilization, plant protection, field and crop farming, Plant breeding, Bodenschutz and amelioration.
The livestock production is concerned mainly with the animal breeding, animal health and the animal nutrition, in addition, besides ranges become such as building of stables, pasture management etc. treated.
In the agrarian economics the management economics , agricultural policy , market teachings become and sometimes also the rural economy sociologyand resources and environmental economics in summary.
The agrarian technology (also agricultural engineering) is occupied with agricultural machines and devices.
The ecological agriculture is concerned with particularly pollution free production methods (see. Ökolandbau research).
