Alexander Möller
Alexander Johann Heinrich Friedrich Möller Rufname: Alex (* 26. April 1903 in Dortmund; † 2. October 1985 in Karlsruhe) was a German politician (SPD).
Möller belonged to the German Bundestag from 1961 to 1976 . It was from 1969 to 1971 German Federal Minister of Finance.
Apart from its SPD party activity it was first supervisory board member, late general manager and chairman of the board during the Karlsruher life insurance AG. This brought in the pointed name “comrade general manager” for it, whom he used also as title of his 1978 published memoirs. In addition he is honour citizen of the city Karlsruhe.
