Alfred Heuss

Alfred Heuss (also: Heuss; * 27. June 1909 in Gautzsch with Leipzig; † 7. February 1995 in Goettingen) was an important German old historian.

Alfreds Heuss jr. the son of the music writer was Alfred Heuss and studied history and law. As a pupil of Helmut Berve it habilitierte 1936 for old person history at the University of Leipzig and kept there to 1938 a Dozentur, in the same year still another chair agency in king mountain.
