The right of asylum for politically pursued one is in Germany a fundamental right, which embodies in the Basic Lawis. By the change kind. 16a GG in the year 1993 (“asylum compromise”) was substantially limited the fundamental right to asylum. The acknowledgment ratio according to kind. 16a GG is accordingly small, more frequently politically pursued protection after that Geneva refugee convention (GRP) is granted. With2005 this development was considered to the Zuwanderungsgesetz and the status politically pursuing after GRP the status of people entitled to asylum according to kind. 16a GG to a large extent equivalent posed.
