Rodin originated from a conservative official family; its father worked in the police administration. With13 years 1853 Rodin pupils of the École Spéciale de Dessin et de Mathématiques. In the following year it changed kinds to the École décoratifs. There it remained until 1862. At the age of 77 years Rodin married its life companion rose Beuret in February 1917. But already to 17. November 1917 died Augusts Rodin in Paris.

Augusts Rodin is considered as a Wegbereiter of the modern trend, there it with some its works revolutionary yardsticks in thatSculpture art set. The man with the broken nose is one of the first works Rondins. Contrary to other large sculptors of its time it opposes the idealistic sculpture art and only concentrates on realism. With “the man with that" Rodin a taboo of the sculpture art broke through and showed broken nose a makanten man head with a broken nose.
