Balance coast

a balance coast shows up in one flat and relatively straight-lined running coastal line. It develops under the influence of wind and water from the original bays, islands, peninsulas and projections/leads. Sand and gravel were cleared away and angelagert in other place, depending upon direction and intensity of the Meeresströmung. For balance coasts the education of a Haffs or a Nehrung is typical.
