Blade II

Blade II (2002) is an US-American Actionfilm. With it the Trilogie which is based on the Marvel of the same name Comics is continued. The first part was Blade, third is Blade: Trinity.

Halbvampir Blade is on the search for its companion Whistler. This was infected with the Vampirvirus and tortured and abused for many years by Vampiren (although it shot itself in the first part). When it healed released and again, the hunt for the Blutsaugern without obstacles could continue, but now Blade must place itself against completely different danger.

Nomak, which is the carrier of a new mutation of the Vampir virus, runs around in Prague and bites not only humans, but also Vampire, who mutate finally likewise to so-called „Reapers “. So Blade with the Vampiren must unite, in order to repel this threat; it forms with some Vampiren, under it also Nyssa, the daughter of the Vampirältesten Damaskinos, the Bloodpack in such a way specified, one blood-August-ends elite combat unit. This unit production around the “Daywalker”, thus Blade, to destroy.

They make themselves so united on the search for Nomak. Blade seems to show the first time of feelings and makes friends themselves ever more with Nyssa. But then the bad surprise follows: Nomak became of the Vampiren themselves to create, because these wanted to breed a new race of „Daywalkern “, which silver and sunlight do not constitute anything after Blades model. The Reaper was the first, failed attempt, but by Blades second assistant Scud, which emerges as a traitor, gets the Vampire Blade into the hands and wants a renewed attempt to start.

Blade and Whistler lured however Nomak to headquarters the blood Auger, which runs over the defenders and among its creators a blood bath anrichet. It bites also Nyssa and kills its father Damaskinos, but the Blade released from Whistler creates it at the end to kill it. Nyssa asks it to carry it in the sunlight before it transforms into a Reaper. In its arms it disintegrates to ash, and Blade stands again alone there.

Scud carries office in a scene a T-Shirt with the Logo of the OF Paranormal Research and Defense, which secret organization, for which Comicheld Hellboy works.

Tony Curran (praised) plays in Underworld: Evolution (2006) with the Vampirfürsten Marcus again a Vampir.

The Reaper has green blood, mainly, in order to keep the age release of the film low.
