Bolesław Filipiak

Bolesław cardinal Filipiak (* 1. September 1901 in Osniszczewko, Poland; † 14. October 1978 in floats) was a Kurienkardinal of the Roman-catholic church.


Filipiak studied the fan catholic theology and philosophy in floats and Rome. It received to 29. May 1926 the Sakrament of the Priesterweihe and worked afterwards as Gemeindeseelsorger in the Erzdiözese Gnesen. According to resuming studies he became in the year 1933 a personal secretary of the archbishop of Gnesen, cardinal August Hlond. In the years 1944 to 1945 it sat in German shank. 1945 became Bolesław Filipiak Kathedralkanoniker and member of the Diözesangerichts in Gnesen. Beyond that it stood as an expert for questions of the marriage right in services of the holy chair. Starting from 1947 he worked on the Roman Court of Justice, which he managed starting from 1967 as Dekan. 1975 he became a president of the industrial tribunal in the Vatikanstaat. 1976 appointed it Pope Paul VI. to the Titularbischof of Plestia. The Bischofsweihe received Bolesław Filipiak by cardinal Pericle Felici. To 24. May 1976 accepted it the Pope as a cardinal deacon with the title church San Giovanni Bosco in via Tuscolana to the Kardinalskollegium . Bolesław Filipiak died to 14.
