It crosses the motorway A 66 in Wiesbaden with Schiersteiner the cross, crosses the Rhine with Schiersteiner bridge, leads at the MainzerQuarter Mombach past, crosses the protected area Mainzer sand and ends with the triangle Mainz in A 60.
A 643 and forms together with A 60 the Mainzer motorway circuit was built for 1966.
