Charles Tickner (* 13. November 1953 in Oakland, California, the USA) is a former US-American ice art runner.
Charls Tickner became 1978 world champions in the ice art running. It started for the Denver Figure Skating club. After completion of its amateur career he became professional and went for 5 years to Ice Capades. He is today a coach in different clubs in north California.
Charles Tickner is married since 1984 and has three sons.
