Christoph William sugar almond

Christoph William sugar almond (* 17. November 1767 in Nuremberg; † 6. December 1839 ebenda) was a German cutter and mathematician.


sugar almond worked as if cutter-associated in Berlin. To its father city Nuremberg it returned and was promoted there to the master. Only at the fun at the joy busy it itself with mathematics. 1809 he took for it an examination and became afterwards a private teacher for mathematics.

As a mathematician it was so successful that it some years later the city Nuremberg as its official calibration master appointed.
