Geografie
Düns is in the westernmost Land of the Federal Republic of Austria, Vorarlberg, in the district Feldkirch on 753 meters height. 56.2% of the surface are wooded. No further Katastralgemeinden in Düns exists.
history
the having citizens governed the places in Vorarlberg changing from Tirol and front Austria (Freiburg in mash gau) out. From 1805 to 1814 the place belonged to Bavaria, then again to Austria. To the Austrian Land of the Federal Republic Vorarlberg belongs to Düns since the establishment of the Vorarlberger of federal state parliament 1861. The place was 1945 to 1955 part of the French zone of occupation in Austria.
