Dannie Abse
Dannie Abse (actually Daniel Abse, * 22. September 1923 in Cardiff/Wales) is a British author and poet.
Abse studied South Wales after successful conclusion of the school in its birth city in the University OF and at the King's college in London medicine.
1954 appeared its autobiography Ash on A Young Man's Sleeve in which it its childhood experiences processed. It received kind Council Award and 1985 the Cholmondeley Award to the Welsh. Abse is in the British Poetry Society and belonged since 1983 the Royal Society OF Literature on. Abse wrote some poem volumes, its first 1949 after Every Green Thing, novels, dramas and essay.
