German euro coins
of the euro (EUR) is the common currency from at present 12 European states in the European union. The euro coins have two different sides: A common, European side, those the Münzwert shows and a national side, thosea motive shows, which was selected by the country, in which the coin was coined/shaped. Each member state has in or several individual motives.

the German euro coins have their own motive for each of the three Münzreihen. The smallest number of the 1, 2and 5-Cent-Münzen were sketched by Rolf leather elbow, the middle row with the 10, 20 - and 50-Cent-Münzen von Reinhart Heinsdorff and the Design of the two largest coins comes from Heinz Hoyer and Sneschana Russewa Hoyer.

To symbolize appropriately financial politicians and Münzexperten in the sense had this connection, when they tackled the organization of the national German euro-coins. The Design the 1, 2, 5 cent and the 1 - and 2-Euro-Stücke reminds strongly of the motives of the old DM coins. This hasparticularly in the transitional phase led to controversies, since possibly old and new coins could be confounded.
All Designs contain the 12 stars which the embossing place of the European Union, the embossing year and a letter, designation (see table).

2-Euro-Gedenkmünzen
starting from the year 2006 become in Germany in addition 2-Euro-Stückewith annually changing backs coined/shaped, on which motives from the German Lands of the Federal Republic are to be seen. Thus the Federal Bank uses the right of each euro-country to publish maximally once in the year a 2-Euro-Münze as intending coin which is accepted in the euro-area as legal tender.Within 16 years then all Lands of the Federal Republic - in each case the country, which has the straight Upper House of Parliament president shank , are to be honoured.
A similar series gave it on 2 DM - piece, on those German politicians, among other things to Federal President Theodor Heuss,the three former Federal Chancellors Konrad Adenauer, Ludwig Erhard and Willy Brandt, as well as were briefly Schumacher and Franz Josef bunch shown.
At the 3. February 2006 began officially the emission of the first coins of the new series with the motive of this year, thatGetting gate in Luebeck, Schleswig-Holstein, with an edition of 30 million pieces. Also this draft comes from Heinz Hoyer, Berlin. Some these coins arrived however already before into the circulation.

10-euro-intending coins
become per yearfive different 10-euro-intending coins coined/shaped, per one in the five different embossing places. In the years 2003 to 2006 additionally still another 10-euro-football intending coin was coined/shaped - this was coined/shaped to same portions in all five embossing places, in the Randinschrift each coin is all five embossing places mentioned.
All 10-euro-intending coins - like also the 100-Euro-Goldmünzen as well as the only 2002 spent 200-Euro-Goldmünze - are only in the Federal Republic of Germany legal tender.
