German cardiology center Munich
the German cardiology center Munich is a special hospital of the technical University of Munich and one of the centers for heart and cycle illnesses, leading Germany far. It is in the military hospital route in the urban district Neuhausen Nymphenburg because of the place of the 1867 to 1870 of built former royally Bavarian garrison military hospital. The northern wing of the military hospital is used until today by the cardiology center, the southern wing became in 2. World war by air raids destroys. Main building of the cardiology center in the today's form was planned from 1985 to 1996 and built.
The center consists of three hospitals (hospital for heart and container surgery, hospital for heart and Krieslauferkrankungen in the adult age, hospital for children kardiologie and innate heart errors) and three institutes. The hospital has approximately 170 plan beds and about 700 employees.
The German cardiology center Munich was created 1972/73, since 2002 is the operational line in hand of the Sana hospitals GmbH.
