Ederbergland
the Ederbergland designates a region in North Hesse. This covers several municipalities, which are in the upper range of the run of the Eder because of the edge of the red hair mountains. The Ederbergland takes a large part of the old circle Franconia mountain (Eder) , which in the course of the regional reorganization with the district forest-hit a corner one folded up.
Beside Franconia mountain still the municipalities battery mountain, all village , Hatzfeld and bromine churches belong to the Ederbergland. The term Ederbergland is used particularly within the routistic range.
