an Andalusian dog (also Un chien andalou) is a film of Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí, which was specified for the first time 1929 in Paris. It is considered as masterpiece of the surrealistischen film.

Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalí knew each other already since its study time in the middle of the 20's. 1928 met it again in Figueres (Spain), the hometown of Dalí.
