Erich Emminger
Erich Emminger (* 25. June 1880 in calibrate-corrode; † 30. August 1951 in Munich) was a German politician (BVP).
In the Weimar Republic he officiated in the cabinet Marx I as a realm Minister of Justice of 30. November 1923 up to 15. April 1924.
Into its term of office fell a judicial reform (regulation of 4. January 1924 - RGBl. I, page 13), with which among other things the court of assizes of old form (separation from judge and jury with separation from question of guilt and punishing) stepped abolished and in their place the uniform judicial bench from three occupation judges and six jurors. Emminger withdrew, because the center in Bavaria own, with which BVP wanted to set up competing candidates for Reichstag.
