Nourishing science
the nourishing science or Trophologie is a natural science, which is settled between the subjects medicine and biochemistry. Differently than the subject Ökotrophologie the nourishing science with scientific methods the procedures particularly examines relatives with digesting and the energy metabolism humans.
Nourishing science is to differentiate of the nourishing consultation, those by Diätassistenten is exercised and also by the household and nourishing science, which are called Ökotrophologie.
In the viersemestrigen basic study scientific bases are obtained such as chemistry and physics. In the main study technical such as biochemistry, clinical nutrition and pharmacology are treated. The vocational field of the nourishing scientists extends over the biochemical basic research, z. B. in the Pharmaindustrie, up to the applied product development in food or chemistry enterprises.
