Framework threshold

the framework threshold is the horizontal timber beam of a half timbered house lying down. It lies directly on the foundation wall and/or. the foundation of a half timbered house. On this framework threshold the framed wall is developed by means of stands, prop , volume and latch plate. The threshold directly on the foundation wall is called submerged weir, those in the respective floor on the ceiling beam lying threshold is the stick or Saumschwellen.
