Franz Carl pointing head was the son of a Jewish-German bank employee and a Czech nut/mother. It visited German-language schools in Prague and studied from 1919 to 1923 Germanistik and history at the university of its hometown. it attained a doctorate to 1923 to the doctor of philosophy.
