Gaithersburg
Gaithersburg is after Frederick the third biggest city in the Federal State Maryland, the USA. The city counts 52,613 inhabitants (census 2000) on a surface of 26,3 km ².
The area in that the today's Gaithersburg is “log Town” was originally called. After a settler of name Benjamin Gaither in the year 1802 the first house builds, the place after it Gaithersburg there was called. 1850 were built a railroad line, on tendency of the Gaithers, after Gaithersburg.
