Geografie
the municipality Grünow is appropriate for 17 km east of Neustrelitz in the transient area between the Mecklenburgian sea-plate and the Feldberger sea-landscape. Directly south of Grünow the East part of the Natinalparkes Müritz begins. Here the highest point of the national park is appropriate for 143 m with that for high deer mountain.
