The hand ball play community north horn (HSG north horn) is an exclusive hand ball association in north horn. The association became at the 1. June 1981 from a union of the hand ball sections of TV Sparta north horn and unity north horn based and plays today in the hand ball federal league of the DHB. Its association in the Euregium delivers Heimspiele.

Ola Lindgren (29.2.1964), from 1998 to 2003 players with the HSG, took over 2003 the office for coach of Kent Harry Andersson one. It belonged to the large guard of the Swedish world class players. Four world champion titles, three olympic silver medals and two European championship titles zieren its career, which began in the Swedish Halmstad.

Euregium

the Euregium was built actually only for the HSG north horn. In addition, it is used for other cultural events, then there e.g. is. already corrode Schröder arisen. The Euregium lies directly beside circle-sport-resounds to the county Bentheim. Thus the three become sport resounding for large meetings like e.g. a large table tennis tournament used. It is for nine years the place of event for the Grafschafter Sportgala, which by Jörg Wontorra one moderates.
The name is derived from the Euregio.
