Hampshire is a county at the south coast of England. The administrative seat is Winchester. The cities Southampton and Portsmouth were separated as own regional administrative bodies (Unitary Authority ) 1997, although they belong from ceremonies reasons still to Hampshire. Other cities of the county are Basingstoke, Andover, Aldershot and Farnborough.

Aldershot, Portsmouth and Farnborough are garrisons of the British army, the Royal Navy and the Royal air Force.
