Hans Joachim forest, Dr. med. (* 28. June 1942 in glass village, Schlesien), is a former German athlete, who won two olympic medals in the ten-fight for the Federal Republic:
- With the olympic plays 1964 in Tokyo it started bronze medal in the common German crew for the Federal Republic and won those (7809 points; Individual performances: 11.0 s - 7.21 m - 14.45 m - 1.96 m - 49.4 s - 15.3 s - 43.15 m - 4.10 m - 62.90 m - 4:37,0 min.).
- In the olympic plays 1968 in Mexico city it participated with the crew of the Federal Republic and became second (8111 points; Individual performances: 10.9 s - 7.64 m - 15.13 m - 2.01 m - 49.0 s - 14.8 s - 43.54 m - 4.30 m - 71.62 m - 4:58,5 min.)
with the athlete IC European championship 1971 became Hans Joachim forest third. 1972 in Munich it had to break the match off with the olympic plays after an injury.
Hans Joachim forest belonged to the USC Mainz . In its match time it was 1.91 meters large and weighed 89 kg. Today he is a Chefarzt of the range sport medicine in the northwest hospital in Sanderbusch/Friesland.
