Hermes (mythology)
Hermes (Greek: Ἑρμᾶς, a pile of marker stones) is in the Greek mythology the God messenger, on the one hand the protection God of the ways, traffic, the Wanderer, the buyers and the Hirten,in addition, on the other hand God of the thieves, the speech art, the gymnastic and thus the Palästra and the magic.

Origin
