Johann André
Johann André (* 28. March 1741 in open brook at the Main; † 18. June 1799 ) was a German musician , composer and a music publisher even there.
Originally buyer, he became 1777 director of music at the German theatre in Berlin. In the year 1774 it justified one of the first music publishing houses, which were independent of the book trade in open brook. André composed about 30 operas, Balladen and songs.
Its son Johann Anton André (1775 - 1842) stepped out likewise as composer and a music theoretician. After the assumption of the music publishing house in the year 1799 this musical deduction of Constanze Mozart in Vienna acquired the Mozarts'. It extended the music publishing house continuously and introduced the lithography for the Notendruck.
