José Escolástico Andrino

José Escolástico Andrino (* 1817 in Guatemala city; † 14. July 1862 in San Salvador) was a Salvadorian composer, who is considered as a founder of the independent music life of its country. It lived 1845 as composer and a music teacher of it of a school of music in San Salvador, created.

Andrino composed two symphonies, three fairs, variations for violin and orchestra and an opera (La Mora gene-pink).
