Kati Winkler (* 16. January 1974 in Karl Marx city (Chemnitz)) is a German Eiskunstläuferin.

Kati Winkler started in the ice dancing with René Lohse. They won those bronze medal with the world championships in the ice dancing 2004 and achieved thereby largest success for the German ice dance since 1973, since successes of Angelika bend/Erich bend.
