Ladislaus Magyar
Ladislaus Magyar (* 1817 in Maria Theresiopel (now Subotica), Vojvodina; ? 19. November 1864 in Benguella) was in Hungarian Discoverer and travelers.
Magyar prepared since 1842 in Fiume on the shipping service forwards and stepped 1844 as Ship captain into North American services. It bereiste India and held itself since end 1844 in Brazil up.
1847 Magyar went into those Portuguese Colonies at the west coast Africa, drove on 1848 that The Congo and landed to 9. December 1848 in the bay of Benguella. From there it went into the interior and made themselves of Bihe out different Expeditions, how 1850 to Muata Jamvo and 1852 to that Kunene. 1857 it stepped then into Portuguese services and based at that Bay of Lueira between Benguella and Mossamedes a new address.
Ladislaus Magyar died to 19. November 1864 in Benguella.
