the district Günzburg is a district in the governmental district Swabia in Bavaria. Neighbour circles are in the north the district Dillingen a.d.Donau, inThe east the district Augsburg, in the south the district Unterallgäu, in the west the district new Ulm and in the northwest the districts of Baden-Wuerttemberg Alb Danube circle and Heidenheim.

Geografie
the Danube separates the small Riedbereich in the north with the local shanks Riedhausen and Riedheim from the Iller - Lech -, lain south, crushed stone plate, on which the remaining localities and municipalities of the circle area lie.
Traffic
