Leadership becomes as term in Management discussions in the last years increasingly popular. Often Leadership becomes simply as Synonymously for Guidance used. Thus one becomes however not fair the meaning content of the term.

The definition suggested here is to specify therefore conceptual contents of Leadership:

Leadership means,

1. the personal capability, a large Organization (a complex system) to lead purposefully and holistic development durable during a process to their maximum output,

Leadership bases on fundamental personal and charakterlichen characteristics. The implementation of Leadership can succeed only with a team and with an adequate support architecture.
