Marianne cold brook

Marianne cold brook (* 6. June 1921 in Zurich; native Marianne Rothen; † 15. October 2005) was Swiss a point cook, an example book authoress and a catering trade lady journalist.

Marianne cold brook completed the professional school as well as the druggist school, before she began with cooking. Since 1965 published it over fifty example books and innumerable articles in gastronomischen magazines.

As an example book authoress it received many honors, among them the golden feather/spring of the Gastronomi academy Germany. 1993 received it to the Grand Prix of the Académie Suisse of the Gastronomes, 1995 the Grand Prix of the Académie international ones of the Gourmets et traditions the Gastronomiques. 2000 it besides with the art and culture price of the city Luzern for their life's work was honoured.
