Mils is a municipality in the district Innsbruck country, Tirol (Austria).

for 605 m Mils with resounds in Tirol in the Inn valley on a washing cone, at the foot of the Karwendelgebirges, twelve kilometers east the state capital. The Gemeindegebiet is limited in the west of the white brook and in the south of the Inn.

Mils was mentioned in the year 930, finds, graves and Flurnamen from before-Roman and Roman time points out documentary for the first time however that the place is far older.
