Minister
of the Ministers is the member of a government and the head and/or director/conductor of a Ministry.
The term Minister servant comes ( and/or first servants ) from latin and means. In some countries (like for example the USA), becomes in place of itsthe title secretary or undersecretary of state uses. In some eastern states among other things the Persian word Wesir is used.
In the Federal Republic of Germany it gives , the members of the cabinet of a Land of the Federal Republic to Federal Minister and Minister (however only in surface states, in city states is also the designation senator ) are common. Federal Ministers are appointed on suggestion of the Federal Chancellor by the Federal President. They lead their department as directors/conductors of the respective Ministry solely responsible, are subject however to the guideline authority of the Federal Chancellor.
