A mash is a mash or a Püree (French: “Purée”) from fruit, vegetable, leguminous plants, potatoes or other food.

Plum mash fits for example Crêpes, apple mash fits marvelously cheese Hörnli, semolina mash, potato fritter, pancake or Älpler Makronen. In addition, alone, also little cream (österr.: Impact waiter), it is a good refeeds.
