of the Musikantenstadl is a maintenance transmission with folk music, blowing music, popular classical period, and German hits.

the Musikshow conceived as 120-minütige maintenance transmission is on twoComponents developed: Music and Small talc. Additionally the transmission was enriched still by inserts by Erich Mathias Mayer, alias „the merry Hias “, which left the show however in the year 1991 after ten successful years for unknown reasons. To the 20-year old anniversary of the transmissionand to Karl Moiks of last transmission to 31. December 2005 participated it however as a guest again. By the high ratingses the Musikantenstadl has optimal transmitting times with all transmitters.

Eurovision

the transmission is a Coproduktion in the context of the Eurovision and tourt throughGermany, Austria and Switzerland. Producer is the ORF in co-operation with pool of broadcasting corporations and SFDRS. The ratingses confirm again and again that the transmission reaches a million-public. After pool of broadcasting corporations - Each transmission reaches data altogether 20 million spectator.

in the German-speaking countriesvery successful transmission gastierte therefore already in several not German-language countries.1988 succeeded it to the Musikantenstadl by a transmission from Moscow to organize a co-operation of western broadcasting corporations with the Soviet broadcast. Further the transmission became also from Toronto (1994), from Melbourne (1995), out Capetown (1996), sent from Orlando (1998), from Peking (1999), from New York , new Orleans and the Karibik (2001) as well as 2001 from Dubai. Thus there were eight large journeys abroad. In the Soviet Union saw the Musikantenstadl approx. 250 million humans, in China were it far over800 million.

Silvesterstadl

The last Silvesterstadl with Karl Moik took place at the night of the 31.Dezember 2005 on the 01.Januar 2006.
