skin
lesions of the Oberhaut heal without consequences. A scar develops with injuries of the skin only, if the leather skin were hurt. After the scar fabric tooBeginning still of many blood vessels pulled through becomes, exhibits it a red color. With the further change the blood vessels regress, while the portion kollagenen of the fibers increases. Thus on the one hand the ultimate tensile strength of the scar rises, on the other hand one it becomes now brighter than the surrounding fabric, since in the scar fabric the Melanozyten is missing. Despite the fibers a scar represents however an inferior fabric to many kollagenen. With strong loads Narbenbrüche can develop in the later life.
Like the Melanozyten are missing also hair, tallow or sweat glands in a scar.
Special forms are that Keloid and the hypertrophe scar.
scars of other organs
also with damages of other organs are replaced their died gewebstypischen cells by a scarred connective tissue.
heart
after a cardiac infarct the myocardium cells die. The size of the developing scar causes onereduced pumping performance of the heart and can lead to heartbeat disturbances. (see also: Hibernation (myocardium)).
