Osser
of the Osser (Czech: Ostrý) is a border mountain between Germany and Tschechien, in the Bavarian forest and/or. Böhmerwald convenient and belonging to the Küni mountains.
One differentiates between the large one Osser (1293 m) (Velký Ostrý) and west of it the convenient small Osser (1266 m) (Malý Ostrý). Both summits are considered because of their pointed form as singular in the Bavarian forest. At the summit of the large Ossers the Osserschutzhütte “house wanting man” is with food supply. The pointed form of the summit causes that one the latter approx. 50 elevator meters easily climbing to put back must. From here one has a far view after Tschechien on the Böhmerwald and with good remote view even into the alps.
