Oster (city)
Oster (Ukrainian Остер, Russian Остер = Ostjor) is a settlement in the Oblast Tschernihiw of the Ukraine with 7.100 inhabitants (conditions 1. January 2005). It is at the river Desna in the place, where the river Oster flows itself into Desna.
