Dr. Otto lighter (* 22. February 1897 in Vienna; † 14. February 1973 in New York town center (the USA) was Austrian socialist, journalist and author.

Pseodonyme and pseudonym: Heinrich Berger, Konrad Huber, Konrad, Stefan meals, Pertinax, Viennese, George Wieser.
