Raipur

Raipur (Hindi: रायपुर) the capital of the Indian Federal State is Chhattisgarh in the northeast Dekkan. It has about 676,626 inhabitants, and the economy is determined by the wood and foodstuffs industry.

The city is to have been created by king RAM Chandra. Up to the establishment of the Federal State Chhattisgarh at the 1. September 2000 belonged it to Madhya Pradesh.
