Those Rune mite (Lebertia lineata) a representative is that Fresh water mites (Hydrachnellae).
The animals are yellow colored to brown and possess a ledrige and characteristically skulpturierte rueckenhaut. The ventral side of the animals is partly armored. Recessing of the forehead as well as the netlike connecting structures between the eyes are remarkable.
The rune mites live in sources as well as in the upper runs of rivers and are far common, in some waters even very frequent.
