SG Flensburg Handewitt
the SG Flensburg Handewitt is a play community (GmbH & cost. Kg) from Flensburg in Schleswig-Holstein, which consists since 1990 of the hand ball departments of the associations Handewitter sports association and UCB Flensburg.

hand ball has a long tradition in Flensburg. At establishment it did not succeed to the federal league to the Flensburger associations however first to be established at longer term. The crew of the UCB Flensburg descended 1980 after only one year again, the SG switch hand joke (since 1976 play community of the hand ball departments of the Handewitter sports association and the ETSV Flensburg switch) was starting from 1984 an elevator crew. 1990 united the hand ball departments of the UCB and the Handewitter sports association, not however the ETSV switch, to the new SG.
In the second year the SG succeeded with one season without point of loss the ascent into the first hand ball federal league. The first season ended however disappointing with the sporty descent. By the bankruptcy of the TSV mite RTS yards the SG could remain however in the league. Besides crew turned Torwart January Holpert back after Flensburg by the collapse of the residents of Munich. While the season was ascent coach Zvonimir Seradusic through differently Dahl Nielsen replaced, under its guidance the SG to a top team ascended and - when descent candidate acted - in the coming season place 5 occupied. Since that time the SG was never platziert in the federal league more badly.
By four vice-championships in five years one gained in the second half of the nineties the call „eternal second “. The SG could do these however partially after the profit of the DHB cup 2003 placings. In the years after further title gains followed. The SG won, became the DHB cup from 2003 to 2005 three times in consequence 2004 German master, played in the final of the championsleague 2004 (the SG defeated the later championsleague winner Celje in the final before own public, was subject however outward in the first leg) and offered in the season 2004/2005 the best point result of association history - which was enough however again only to the second place behind master THW Kiel.

Wikinghalle
the Wikinghalle 1975 in hand joke (place before the gates Flensburgs) was established and 1985 on the today's capacity of 2000 seat and Stehplätzen developed. 1995 took place for the last time a federal league portion in hand joke. The Wikinghalle is used above all still by the youth of the SG.
Ford-resounds
the Flensburger Ford-resounds has a capacity of 3.500 spectators. It was used in the time from 1991 to November 2001.
Campushalle
since that 2. December 2001 is the main play place of the SG Flensburg Handewitt the Campushalle in Flensburg, which exhibits a capacity of 6.300 places including a standing place grandstand with 1.500 places.
