Sporophyt
Sporophyt is called into the Botanik the diploide ( double Chromosomensatz) generation with organisms with change of generations. Sporophyten produce haploide (simple Chromosomensatz) Sporen, from which the Gametophyten - generation comes out.
With most plants Gametophyten and Sporophyten are clearly from each other distinguishable. This calls one heteromorphen changes of generations. With the container plants the Sporophyt is very much larger and more complicated built (tree, bush, herbs) than the Gametophyt (♂= more-cellular polling grain; ♀= more-cellular Samenanlage and/or. fertilizable Embryosack with eight cores) and usually nourishes it.
Also the Moose has a heteromorphen change of generations. However is here the green MOO plant of the Gametophyt, while the Sporophyt consists usually only of the cap with their handle. This is nourished by the Gametophyten. Since one here the Sporophyten not when independent plant feels, one speaks usually of the Sporogon.
With many algae the Gametophyten looks and equal Sporophyten. This form is called also isomorphic change of generations.
