Sport federation

the bad one judgement of 15. December 1995 means that sportsmen from European Union states within the European Union range not when foreigners apply. This had effects on the up to then valid foreigner regulations, after that for example only a maximum numberby foreigners in a crew to be used were allowed. The sport federations had to convert this judgement.
