Public law
the public law is a subsection of the state and jurisprudence (law). It is concerned on the one hand with the structure of the state and its organs, their relations among themselves and the legislation (state organisation right). On the other hand it is concerned with the fundamental legal relations between thatState and its citizen (fundamental rights).
