Standardisation

Standardisation a standardization of masses, types, procedures or other one means in the actual sense of word. A goal is common the creation (for example with tools, production or software components).

There are different motives for standardisation. Among other things are to be called

1. Exchangeability of components,
2. Simplification of information exchange,
3. Consumer protection by definition of minimum standard,
4. Methodical standardization,
5. Reduction of costs

In that one understands the transformation by a standardisation differently numerical values into a uniform range of values 0..to be able to make 1, around for example comparisons of differently distributed values.
